Life of this woman is saved by Insurance.Amelia
Morris was admitted to hospital when she was 16 years old in 2015, the
last thing in her mind was her personal health insurance. He was quite ill.As
he lay in the emergency room, he remembered doctors and nurses
frantically calling to public health facilities, trying to find a place
for him to get help.
"They are trying hard to find a bed for me, calling everywhere and no place," Amelia recalled from her home in Melbourne."And then my mother said '' we have Health Insurance, 'and the nurse looked so happy.' '"He said, yes it is very useful."Two days later, Amelia was treated at the Melbourne Clinic, where she spent the next three months being treated there. She realizes how lucky she is.For three months at the clinic, all costs are covered by the Insurance's health. He said if his only choice at that time was the public system, he might not live to tell his story."I do not think I might live now," Amelia said.
